Sudden Rain Then Again To Sunny – BionicOldGuy

On Thursday we acquired some sudden late Could rain, totaling about 1/4″ (6 mm). I didn’t really feel like getting my rain gear out so I did my exercise on my stationary bike. We’ve had nicer climate since, so I did some native cruises Friday and Saturday, then did 2 hours 45 minutes north by way of the Coyote Valley on my recumbent yesterday, at a brisk tempo with some intervals and on-bike power coaching thrown in. I adopted that by quarter-hour of power coaching within the storage. That is as onerous as I wish to push my leaky aortic valve till I do a follow-up with my heart specialist in August.
